About the brief  history:

Career Summary:

I have almost nine (9) years of experience. About 2.85 years of operation and maintenance
experience in the Textile industry and about 2.80 years of operation and maintenance experience in
the Rural Electrification Board (BREB-PBS system). About 2.75 years supervision and operation
experience in Dockyard and 0.5 years supervision experience of electrical installation and
construction works of gas compressor in Bangladesh Gas Field company Ltd; Natural gas efficiency
project under the Singapore based consultant SMEC International Pty Ltd. (Member of the Surbana
Jurong Group) by JICA financed (EPC contractor-ZICOM Equipment Pte Ltd and AG Equipment
Company).

Project: Natural Gas Efficiency Project [ Installation of Gas Compressors at Titas (Location-C) and Narsingdi Gas Fields, BGFCL, Brahmanbaria]

Work Experience:
1. Perform the basic Design for general layouts and electrical drawings of the compressors,
generator, switchgear, and protection, control room, cable trench, earthing & lighting,
cathodic protection.
2. Detail Design Drawings/ Documents check as per Contract Document.
3. Fire alarm & Detection system and fire protection system, System designing, project
planning, project management, team coordinating, dealing with clients.
4. Detail Supervision /Checking of all electrical & instrumentation of installation and

Work Experience:
1. To maintenance and installation of switchgear & protection system and lighting system.
2. Supervised all installation works such as transformer, MCCB(400A), CT, PT, LA,
DCS,11KV metering, equipment grounding, Isolator, etc.

3. Monitoring all works for dockyard like engine maintenance, dredger body construction,
ladder, cutter, electrical wiring, instruments, Fire alarm & Detection system and fire
protection system.
4. To manage the workforce properly.

Assistant General Manager (O &M)
Bangladesh Rural Electrification Board (PBS System), Bangladesh.

Work Experience:
1. Supervision all installation works such as substation(10MVA), voltage regulator, transformer,
substation grounding, Isolator, ACR, CT, PT, LA, DCS, 33KV & 11KV metering, etc.
2. 33KV and 11KV HT metering and metering check half-yearly.
3. Maintenance of all utilities such as substation (10MVA-two & 15MVA-one), power
transformer, voltage regulator, ACR, CT, PT, LA, DCS, Panelboard, 33KV & 11KV
metering, Bus-Bar, substation grounding, etc.
4. Managing and coding the inventory for spare parts for all kinds of electrical distribution
equipment.
5. Draw up annual plans and procedures for timely execution of day-to-day preventive &
breakdown maintenance.

1. Operation and Maintenance of Generator(3MVA), Boiler(capacity-10ton), Air
Compressor(capacity-6.7m3/min) ACB (2500A), MCCB (400A),Substation(1250KVA) , etc.
2. To check Electrical fault, Cable Megger test, Open circuit, short circuit, and Megger test of
1250KVA Transformer.
3. I have Practical and operational experience in Gas Engine (Model- JGS 320 GS NL, Capacity
per Engine – 1.00MW).
4. To supervise preventive maintenance work for all electrical equipment & instrumentation.
5. I was checking all Switchgear & Protection and control systems for any kinds of
abnormalities.
6. I was checking & cleaning All kinds of sensors like – Temperature sensor (PT-100), Pressure
sensor, Level sensor & Speed sensor.
7. Draw up plans and procedures for timely execution of day-to-day preventive & breakdown
maintenance.
8. Inspect machinery and identify problems and provide solutions to these.
9. I have Programming and repairing different inverter types such as Lenz, Commander SE,
Dan Foss & LS.
10. To troubleshoot any Textile machinery such as Knitting, Dying, Slitting, Stenter, Dryer,
Compactor, Mercerizing, singeing, Raising, and Shearing.
